We were lucky to find this 1974 Ford Bronco Ranger in gorgeous Samoa Lime over Avocado sitting in a shop in Bardstown Kentucky. The truck had been under the same ownership since 1979.
This early Bronco is powered by its original 302 V8 backed by a C4 Automatic with only 33,000 original miles. Both engine and transmission were refreshed by the second owner roughly 1,500 miles ago due to the Bronco sitting most of its life. An A/C unit was installed at the dealer when new, which was uncommon for Broncos of this era.
The Bronco was re-painted its original Samoa Lime (One of 427 in this color) in the 80s due to fade from sitting outside in Texas. It is a factory “Ranger” stripe delete Bronco which was very uncommon.
The factory avocado interior was in excellent shape. The seats were redone in factory avocado and houndstooth. The carpet was replaced with the original factory color. We replaced the radio with a Retrosound Laguna with Bluetooth and USB. All the factory gauges, lights and controls work as they should.
