The Firehouse Vintage Vehicles Process

At Firehouse, each build has a different process depending on what our customers are looking for. To get started, we will set up an introductory call to discuss the build. After the call, we will then put together a build estimate and timeframe on how long the process should take. From there you will be able to determine if Firehouse is the right shop for you.
Once you’ve committed to work with us, the first step is to get your vehicle in hand. The majority of our customers have never stepped foot in our shop and typically ship their Bronco or Truck to our shop. We ship 85% of our vehicles and are happy to help facilitate transport.
As soon as the vehicle arrives at our shop, or if you’ve purchased one of our builders from us directly, we complete a full inspection of the vehicle. This is to benefit the customer and make sure we are upfront regarding the work that needs to be done.
We work closely with you every step of the way by providing frequent updates and pictures so, even when afar, you can feel a part of the process. With every build we put test miles on it to ensure it’s ready for delivery.
